From our point of view, the sole purpose of design is to make life better, easier and more fun for the people. That implicitly means, that design has to be functional and easy to use. If it makes people smile, we did a good job!

Good, functional design does not come from intuition. There needs to be a deep research beforehand – including user observation, analysis, problem definition, and lots of prototyping. As long as you respect this, you can solve every problem.
