We want you to get an outstanding design that is functional and aesthetically compelling. A design that is individual and makes you look different from your competitors. A design that matches perfectly to your product and your company spirit.

In order to achieve this goal, we will ask you many questions before we start. Questions about you and your 'philosophy'; about your competitors and your clients; what you like and what you don't like; what you are and what you would like to be. And we will visit you more than once, to really get to know you.

All this serves the purpose to find out what you want and what kind of design you need. This is the Analysis phase.

Sometimes we go even farther and conduct a detailed study about your target group or competitors; about the user's behavior and possible problems. Such a Design Research will contribute a lot to the success of a design, since it prevents us from designing something without an actual need.

After that we start thinking. In the Ideation phase we develop lots of ideas. These ideas can be expressed through sketches, paper prototypes, sketchmodels, or digital sketches, whatever serves best for the project. It's like visual brainstorming. Not every idea may be applicable, but we think 'the more ideas you develop, the more good ideas you will have in the end'. The result of our designs is always a strong Concept. We never design something just because 'we like the color' or because 'it looks good'. Everything has a purpose.

After a Feedback loop, where we request your advice, or Test the concept with potential users, we develop the most promising ideas farther. These could be detailed drawings, detailed sketchmodels, paper prototypes, or refined digital artwork. We will present you a selection of our best ideas (a minimum of 3 proposals).

We will Refine everything according to your feedback or according to the results of the Testing Phase, until you really like what you get. If necessary, we will go back to earlier stages and do additional research or readjust the concept. This is the Iteration Phase.

Finally we will present you the Final Design, which could be digital artwork files, ready for printing, an implemented software package or a website, or 3D computer renderings, a final product model (either a form or a working prototype), and technical drawings.
